My career spans four decades of experience in managerial and executive development. I have worked with managers and executives in the financial services sector, manufacturing, professional services, retail, NGOs and Government.

I specialise in working with individuals who are facing career transitions and learning to deal with the challenges of management and executive leadership. Key processes include self awareness, confidence building, assertiveness, stress management, people management skills, leadership performance and personal, team and organisational change management.

I blend the extensive experience working with senior executives in business and my own years as training manager at Old Mutual, with my personal beliefs in the potential of every individual. I want to contribute to the development of ethical leaders who can expand their positive impact on others and their organisation once they learn how to appreciate and apply their personal power and influence in constructive ways.

I have always enjoyed developing myself and to this end have done many internationally recognised programmes which influence my work. My professional qualifications include a masters degree in coaching from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom and I  also have undergraduate and post graduate qualifications from Stellenbosch University and UCT.
